The Transition Monitoring Group and HEDA Resource Centre in collaboration with stakeholders across government and civic spaces, has setup “The Election Observations Platform” to monitor, analyze and report vote buying, voter inducement and other infractions on extant electoral laws, during the 2019 Presidential and National Assembly elections. This initiative is a strategic response to the threat posed by vote buying, and other manifestations of electoral corruption, capable of undermining the credibility and integrity of the 2019 General Elections.
